Welcome to Brilu, an AI-powered multimodal assistant platform developed by SC GEMSYA SRL, headquartered in Romania, operating under EU data protection laws (GDPR, Digital Services Act, and AI Act). By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree, you should not use BRILU.

4. User Responsibilities
By using BRILU, you agree that:
- You will not use AI-generated content for illegal, harmful, or unethical activities.
- You acknowledge AI-generated responses may not always be 100% accurate.
- You must comply with all GDPR and EU regulations when using customer data.
- You will not attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the AI system.
- You will ensure customer transparency when using AI-generated content.
Restricted Activities:
- Using BRILU for fraudulent, discriminatory, or malicious purposes.
- Violating GDPR by collecting or processing personal data without consent.
- Spamming, phishing, or sending unsolicited marketing messages through BRILU.
- Bypassing security measures or attempting to access BRILU’s source code.
5. Account Registration & Security
- Clients must create an account to access premium services.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts.
- BRILU implements Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for enhanced security.
6. Data Privacy & GDPR Compliance
- BRILU is fully compliant with GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
- Clients must obtain proper user consent before collecting or processing data.
- Users have the right to access, modify, delete, or restrict processing of their data.

8. Liability & AI Limitations
- BRILU is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted service.
- We do not accept liability for decisions made based on AI-generated responses.
- BRILU does not replace professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.).
- Users are responsible for verifying AI-generated content before use.
9. Intellectual Property Rights
- BRILU retains ownership of all AI models, algorithms, and proprietary technologies.
- Clients may use AI-generated content but cannot claim exclusive ownership.
- Unauthorized copying, modifying, or distributing BRILU’s software is strictly prohibited.
10. Termination & Suspension
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for ToS violations.
- Users can request account deletion at any time.
- BRILU will retain data only as required by GDPR & contractual obligations.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
- These terms are governed by Romanian & EU law.
- Disputes shall first be resolved amicably.
- If unresolved, disputes shall be handled by courts in Romania.
