Welcome to Brilu.ai, an AI-powered digital marketing assistant service operated by SC GEMSYA SRL, a company incorporated and existing under the laws of Romania (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our“).

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

For users located outside the European Union, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Bucharest, Romania.
